Refund and Cancellation Policy
Plain rules for cancelling, trials and getting money back.
Business customers
Geco Signatures is sold to businesses only. The 14-day cancellation right that UK law gives consumers does not apply to business purchases, so this policy is what governs refunds. We have written it to be at least as fair.
Cancelling
You can cancel a workspace subscription at any time from Settings, Billing, or from the Stripe billing portal linked there. No phone call, no retention process, no notice period.
The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Mail continues to flow through Microsoft 365 unchanged after that; you can remove the transport connector whenever you like.
14-day money-back on your first payment
If the service is not right for you, email support@gecosign.com within 14 days of a workspace's first payment and we will refund that payment in full to the original payment method. You do not need to give a reason. This applies once per workspace.
Refunds are returned to the card or account that paid; the bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
After the first payment
Renewals and seat increases are not refunded for unused time. Reducing the number of licensed users reduces the next charge instead.
If we have billed you incorrectly, or the service was unavailable for a sustained period because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will correct the invoice or credit the affected time.
Free trials
A trial is free and ends by itself. If a card is taken at the start of a trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then means no charge at all. The trial end date is shown on the Billing page and in the reminder email we send before it ends.
VAT
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Refunds include the VAT that was charged on the refunded amount and a credit note is issued automatically.
