Questions
- Who can buy?
- Geco Signatures is sold to businesses, charities and public bodies, and to MSPs acting for them. It is not offered to consumers.
- Is VAT included?
- No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Enter your VAT number at checkout for a compliant invoice; businesses outside the UK may be reverse-charged.
- How are seats counted?
- You pay for licensed users. License everyone in the tenant, or pick specific people. The seat count follows your choice after each directory sync, pro rata.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from the Billing page. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. No notice period, no phone call.
- What if it is not for us?
- Ask within 14 days of a workspace's first payment and we refund it in full. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Do you offer yearly billing or volume pricing?
- Email support@gecosign.com for yearly terms or for more than 250 users across your workspaces.
